Residenza Maxima features nine new apartments, completely and tastefully furnished to satisfy our guests’ needs, with kitchen, bathroom, TV, safes, hairdryer and air conditioning. Completely independent entrance, towels and linen provided. Our staff will make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. The comfortable Villa is situated in the wonderful Monteverde, in the centre of Rome, just two minutes’ away from the historical area of Trastevere, where you will find restaurants, pizzerie and many small local typical bars where you can have a drink, listen to music and enjoy. Very close to the main tourist attractions and to the city centre, connected with a comfortable tram running every three minutes to the most famous tourist sites, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, San Pietro…

Check In: from 2pm to 8pm (14:00-20:00); if you arrive betwetween 20:00-23:00 (8 PM and 11 PM) you will be charged 40 Euro for late arrival and you need to notify your late arrival at least 48 Hours prior arrival.
