Property Description
Coccinella’s house is a tourist house made up of 3 apartments, 2 of them located on a terrace with panoramic view at the back of St. Peter's Cupola and one located just few meters away on the 4th floor of a recently rebuilt building.
The apartments on the terrace are mirror apartments (45 square meters each) and are close to each other. Ideal for families and small groups of friends/colleagues.
DRAGONFLY APARTMENT
At the entrance of the apartment there is the living room, where you can find a table with 4 chairs (you can find 2 more chairs in the bedroom). On the right there is a single folding bed, and on the left there is a queen-size sofa bed, which is very simple to open/close.
The living room is provided with a cooking corner and a cupboard with TV. Tableware and tablecloths are at hand.
On the left of the living room there are two doors that lead respectively to the bathroom and the bedroom.
The bathroom is new, with shower, hairdryer, liquid soap and rug.
The bedroom has a wardrobe, and two more built-in wardrobes on the two bed sides.
On each of the two bed sides there is a night-lamp.
Both in the apartment and on the terrace you can navigate the Internet thanks to a wireless system.
The apartment is air-conditioned.

QUEEN BEE APARTMENT

On a trolley there is a TV with satellite antenna, a DVD player, and a transportable Hi-Fi system.

The bedroom has a wardrobe, two night tables with lamps and a little armchair.

BUTTERFLY APARTMENT
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building located at the beginning of via Gregorio VII, at the back of St. Peter's Basilica close to St. Peter's railway station.
At the bus stop in front of the building you can find many buses that connect you in a few minutes to the historical center, to the places of touristic interest and also to Bambin Gesù Hospital, Santo Spirito Hospital and Ergife Hotel (center of many competitions).
You can easily reach St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant’Angelo, Trastevere by foot, and, if you are particularly active, also the rest of the center.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with an extra bed, balcony with a little table.
The bedroom has a big wardrobe and also a closet.
The apartment has recently been remodeled, and is provided with TV, washing machine, linen, cooking tools, kettle, electric oven, citrus-fruit squeezer, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
The windows look out onto a secondary street therefore the apartment is very quiet.
The apartment's owner lives just a few meters away and is at disposal for any information or problems.
From the airport you can reach the apartment taking the local train Fm3 to Trastevere station, where you take another train to San Pietro station, and take the exit Gregorio VII.
You can pay with Visa/Mastercard credit card at the apartment's owner located in via di Monte del Gallo 33.
