Tour Itinerary Join us on a super day out to the awe-inspiring mountains of the Dolomites, passing through tunnels with astounding views of canyons and valleys that suddenly appear, the scenery is absolutely breath-taking. The Dolomites are this and much more. Driving through small mountain villages up to Dolomiti Ampezzane we arrive at Cortina 'the pearl of the Dolomites' and one of Italy's top ski and alpine resorts, favoured by celebrities and scenario for films such as 'Cliff Hanger'. We take time to enjoy a stroll and take in the views of the mountains, then continue our trip towards the natural lake Misurina at 1756 mts to admire the scenery of the Tre Dime di Lavaredo, the Sorapis and the Marmarole where we stop for a tasty rustic lunch at Malga Misurina. After lunch we make our leisurely way back to Venice . 3 course lunch is included home-made ice-cream too !
